A quote is the beginning of an operational process. The work also needs to be scheduled and the materials prepared. This project is organized around those connected tasks and the people responsible for them.
How we approached it
The platform uses the business’s pricing rules to prepare estimates, connects scheduling with supplier orders, and tracks costs against jobs. AI assists with quote drafts; the pricing engine applies the rules. Jobber handoffs are built with a preview stage before external writes are enabled.
Current status
In active development, with quoting, scheduling, and materials as the core workflow. The platform is still being built; this project story will evolve as the work progresses.
